Director of Programs
Our Director of Programs will oversee our Next Gen and Edge programs, which includes managing and developing our program staff, refining existing systems and programming, and leading the development of new career readiness components for both high school and postsecondary students.
This leader will represent Journey Forward Mentoring to external stakeholders and partners, build strong relationships with schools and community-based organizations, and cultivate new collaborations with business and corporate partners. The ideal candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented, passionate about youth development, and motivated by the opportunity to create lasting change for students alongside a committed and dynamic team.
