Why we are investing in Dallas students through mentorship

Dallas leads the nation as one of the top cities for job growth.

But, our Dallas students from low-income households are unable to compete for living wage jobs because they lack a college degree.

65%

Percentage of living wage jobs in Dallas that require an education beyond high school.

37%

Percentage of adults in Dallas County that have a two- or four-year degree.
